We ask that our guests be mindful of our 10:30pm-8am quiet times. In the evenings, we have many sleeping children and in the mornings, we have many sleeping adults
All of our guest rooms and sidewalks are NON-SMOKING.
Check-in time is 4pm and Check-out time is 11AM
Rates are subject to state and local taxes
A two-night minimum is required on all weekends, 3 or 4 nights on holidays. Thirty days prior to your arrival, we require a deposit of one night’s room and tax. Once the deposit is charged, a $25 processing fee will be retained for cancellations. For our suites, full payment is due 30 days in advance of your arrival. Our cancellation for our Cracker Jack, Good and Plenty and Pop Rocks is 30 days.
You are responsible for the number of night’s reserved. Any changes or cancellations (for regular guest rooms) need to be made within one week,. Within the week, we will retain your deposit and charge the remainder of your stay.
