ROOMS & RATES
We ask that our guests be mindful of our 10:30pm-8am quiet times. In the evenings, we have many sleeping children and in the mornings, we have many sleeping adults
All of our guest rooms and sidewalks are NON-SMOKING. We have designated smoking areas.
Check-in time is 4pm and Check-out time is 11AM
A two-night minimum is required on all weekends, 3 or 4 nights on holidays.
For our regular rooms (Rolo, Twin Bing, Sugar Babies and Sixlets) Thirty days prior to your arrival, we require a deposit of one night’s room and tax. Once the deposit is charged, a $25 processing fee will be retained for cancellations. You can cancel up until one week of your arrival and we would refund your deposit less a $25 processing fee. Within the week, we will retain your deposit and charge the remainder of your stay.
For our Suites, full payment and cancellation is 30 days prior to your arrival. Any changes or cancellation for our Cracker Jack, Good and Plenty and Pop Rocks need to be made prior to 30 days in advance of your arrival. Within the 30 days we will retain the full payment we have collected.
